the Artist & his thoughts…

Each image is my view of this larger than life panoramic that I'm witnessing along my sojourn. No beginning nor an end. Creating is an expression with my heart, manifesting my reality in each piece. Capturing and expressing joy with life through images of the environment, people, and spirit. I try to see harmony, oneness, and connectivity in all things. Sometimes the images are surreal or juxtaposed objects that are almost natural. "I enjoy sitting in the wilderness and embracing the beauty around me as I sip the water."

I work in a variety of media: etchings, lithographs, woodcuts, earth paintings, drawings, digital prints and photographs. I offer to you one-of-a-kind art, unlimited and limited edition prints. All digital pieces (prints & photographs) are printed in editions (same as in traditional printmaking), of 50 or less. I use traditional methods to print the digital pieces, e.g. by my hand developed image, pigmented inks that are permanent, 100% rag & pH balanced papers, 200 - 300 grams per sheet. Printed on high resolution inkjet printers (2880 dpi). This gives the images a softer appearance, similar to a hand-pulled lithography. Some images are printed on professional photographic inkjet paper that is pH balanced.
